\\ Traditional Sicilian Cuisine
A journey through the traditions of Sicilian cuisine. At a typical Etna butcher shop, the master butcher will prepare sausages the traditional way: chopping the pork by hand, with a cleaver.
Then we will visit a fine winery. There, besides tasting their wines, a skilful chef will show us how to prepare a menu of typical Sicilian dishes.
\\ Winery tour by train
Discover the area of the highest active volcano in Europe, through the windows of the Littorina.
This historic little train climbs the slopes of Mount Etna, and reaches the doorstep of an excellent winery, where we will taste their wines and have a delicious typical Etna light lunch.
\\ Wine and music by train
Aboard the historic little train, the Littorina, that climbs the slopes of the volcano, we will discover the wines and culture of Mount Etna.
The first stop will be the medieval historic centre of Randazzo. Getting lost in its wonderful narrow streets to reach the "Casa della Musica" where you'll enjoy an unique and unrepeatable musical experience.
The day will conclude with wine, at a prestigious winery; we will walk through the typical Etna vineyards and tasting excellent volcanic wines.
